The tires sizes and air pressure recommended by Volvo for the Volvo S40 (2004 to 2013), V50 (2004 to 2013) and C30 (2006 to 2013) are:

195/65R15 91V: 36psi or 250kPa on both front and rear axle.
205/55R16 91V: 39psi or 270kPa on both front and rear axle.
205/50R17 93V Extra load: 39psi or 270kPa on both front and rear axle.
215/45R18 93W Extra load: 39psi or 270kPa on both front and rear axle.

Spare tire: T125/85R16 99M: 61psi or 420kPa on both front and rear axle.
