Recall defect descripton: The power steering return line may fail and cause a sudden loss of steering assistance (more input will be required by the driver to steer the vehicle), loss of power steering fluid and, although unlikely, there is a potential for a fire to occur.

Volvo Recall action: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace the fluid reservoir, return hose and cooling coil.
